2021 论文比赛 for Undergraduate Students on Critical 人权 and Peace Issues in ASEAN/Southeast Asia

官方竞猜平台-人权教育, in collaboration with the Strengthening 人权 and Peace Research and 教育 in ASEAN/ Southeast Asia (SHAPE-SEA), 在挪威人权中心的财政支持下, 奥斯陆大学, launched the 2021 论文比赛 on Critical 人权 and Peace Issues in ASEAN/Southeast Asia. The competition ran from May to August 2021, seeing four winners out of a total of 291 submissions.

The theme encouraged students to explore and analyze ASEAN’s role in addressing current social, 政治, 缅甸的文化和经济状况.

征文比赛的号召, 通过网络平台传播, 非常成功, shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affair 印尼 - Instagram Stories Update and on the ASEAN Secretariat 印尼 website. 截止日期前, 共收到291篇论文，来自9个国家的学生(文莱, 柬埔寨, 印尼, 马来西亚, 缅甸, 菲律宾, 泰国, 东帝汶, 越南), 他们都有着不同的学术背景, 包括兽医学, 通信、商业以及工程.  

在选出的四名获奖者中, three essays from the 菲律宾 and 印尼 were selected through a fair and double blinded selection process, 另一位来自柬埔寨，是通过普选产生的. 所有合格的论文都经过筛选，然后由专家小组根据基于资格优点制定的标准进行审议. 
除了现金奖励, the four winners were invited to present their essays in the upcoming SEAHRN mini conference scheduled on 28-29 October 2021.
